Yes, if you would like a Certificate of Authenticity, I am more than happy to provide you with one. Just let me know on purchase.
Yes, I do. You have seen my paintings, you love them but I don’t have the right size, colour, theme in stock…luckily I am more than happy to do commissions and create custom orders. Email me your ideas, sizes, style etc and we can work together to create something extraordinary, beautiful and unique for your wall.

Yes, Lay-by Options are available.I accept lay-by with a 25% deposit, time periods and payments will be negotiated in a fair and friendly manner with the buyer.

RETURNS EXCHANGES REFUNDS?
So the Artwork arrives and is not quite what you were after, no worries at all. I gladly accept returns or exchanges but you need to
- Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
- And Ship the items back to me within: 14 days of delivery.
- And Please return the Artwork to me in its original undamaged condition. And in the original packaging or something of the same standard in protective and secure of wrapping it was sent to you in. Don’t forget these paintings are like my babies, even though I have sold them to you I still love them.
When I have safely received the return and are happy with its condition I will be more than happy to give you a refund or an exchange for an artwork of the same value, your choose. Please email me first if you have any concerns.
And please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any problems with your order.
BUT don’t forget, if something arrives damaged or defective please send photos within 24hrs of delivery so I can follow up with the appropriate action. I am good fair person and will always do the fair and right thing within reason. You know what I mean.
Just a thought but, don’t forget if it was not quite right for your home but still love what I do, you can always commission me to create something that is more what you had in mind.

I know, we have all done it online. If by chance you made a mistake and wish to cancel your order no problem. But please request a cancellation within: 24 hours of your purchasing. Just prevents too much mucking around.

WHAT ABOUT COPYRIGHT?
Jacquelyn Stephens retains copyright in all Original Artworks (and Prints).
Which means I also have the right to make a print of an Original Artwork or part of an Original Artwork sold.
You can share a picture of the Artwork on social media, but you are not allowed to otherwise copy or reproduce the Artwork in any way. In particular, you cannot make a copy or print of Artwork for any commercial or other purpose, unless you have my explicate permission. I did not make this up, it is copyright law.
